Delivery
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer; any additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
Delivery times are indicative only. No compensation can be claimed for late delivery.
If delivery takes more than 30 days from the order date, the sales contract may be canceled and the customer refunded.
Delivery options :
Click & Collect (Belgium only): Available upon request, this service lets you place an order online and pick it up directly from our warehouse.
Home delivery: Your order can also be shipped directly to your address.
How does click & collect service work?
This service allows you to place an order online and collect it directly from our warehouse, upon request. After placing your order, email info@upwayyourway.com to arrange collection.
UPWYW. will notify you by email when your order is ready.
Orders can be collected the next weekday between 10:00 and 12:00.
If the order is not collected, it will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued within 10 working days to your original payment method.
Tracking your order
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. You will also receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Taxes and Duties
All non-Eu Shipment
Customs and import duties may apply once your package arrives in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
UPWYW. has no control over these charges and cannot provide exact amounts, as regulations vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected fees.
International Shipping
Shipping to Russia Ukraine is temporarily unavailable.

UPWYW. guarantees that all products and services sold meet the description and comply with current laws.
Checking the order
Upon delivery, the customer should check the condition of the products and the accuracy of the order.
If any items are missing or damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and inform UPWYW. as soon as possible.
Accepting the delivery without reporting any issues is considered confirmation that the order was received in good condition.
Reservations not made at the time of delivery cannot be considered, and UPWYW. will not be liable for any issues reported afterward.

If the products do not match the details on your order, please inform UPWYW. within three working days of delivery.
Complaints made after this period cannot be considered, and UPWYW. will not be liable for any issues reported beyond this time.

Returns
You must return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
To request a return for Click & Collect orders, please contact us at return@upwayyourway.com with your name and order number. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
For returns made via a carrier (e.g. FedEx, DPD), customers must follow the carrier’s return instructions.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Return shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes and customs duties, are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns of damaged, worn, or soiled items may be refused. All returns are inspected, and refunds are issued only if approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.
Footwear
Try on footwear with clean socks and on a protected surface to avoid damaging the soles. Return the items with tags and original packaging.
The original box must be in perfect condition.
Clothing
Protect clothing in the original packaging or a bag.
Include all product labels.
Socks and accessories cannot be returned.

Drop off your package at the nearest FedEx Access Point® where available. Return shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. Include the completed returns form in your package.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask you to return the original item for a refund and then proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
