Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery is only made after confirmation of payment by UPWYW. bank.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the online order form, any additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect information by the customer may be charged to him.
The delivery time is given as an indication. No compensation may be claimed from UPWYW. or the carrier in the event of late delivery. If the delivery time exceeds thirty days from the date of the order, however, the sales contract may be terminated and the customer refunded.

Tracking your order

As soon as we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. You receive the tracking number by email to trace your package. All orders are processed by our partner DHL.

Taxes and Duties

All non-Eu Shipment

Customs and import duties may be charged once the package reaches your country. These fees must be paid by the recipient (i.e. you) of the package.
UPWYW. has no control over these fees and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs regulations and import duties vary widely. It might be a good idea to check with your local customs office for current fees before placing your order so that you are not surprised by fees you did not expect.

International Shipping

Shipping to Russia Ukraine is temporarily unavailable.

Guarantees

UPWYW. guarantees the conformity with the contract of the products or services sold in accordance with the law in force at the time of its conclusion.

Checking the order

Upon receipt of the products, the customer checks the good condition of the delivered product and the conformity of the service provided.
In the event that one or more of the ordered products are missing or damaged, the customer must formulate the necessary reservations to the carrier at the time of delivery and immediately inform UPWYW.
The verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the customer or a person authorised by him has accepted the order without any reservations.
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal any reservation not made in accordance with the rules defined above and at the time of receipt cannot be taken into account and will release UPWYW. from any liability towards the customer.

In the event of non-compliance of the products with the indications on the order form, the customer shall be entitled to inform UPWYW. within three working days of the delivery date.
Any complaint not made within the time limit cannot be taken into account and will release UPWYW. from any liability towards the customer.

Returns

Returns must be sent within 14 days after you received the products.
The return must be made from the same country to which it was shipped to.
The package must be returned only in DHL Express Service Point.

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty tax international!

Footwear: be sure to try on the footwear with clean socks. To avoid damaging the sole of new footwear, be sure to try them on a protected surface.
The item must be returned with both tags and packaging in their original condition.

Footwear: the original box must be in perfect condition.
Clothing: protect clothes with their original packaging or a bag. Do not forget to include the labels of the products.  Socks, accessoirires, cannot be returned.

Important information:

Complete the DHL Express Service Point returns form. Please ensure the returns form is completed and included in the package. Without this returns form, we will not be able to process your return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not pay additional customer tax.

Please follow the below instructions to return your item:
1. Place the items and the completed return form in the original shipping box, or use an alternative solid packaging method.
2. Close securely
3. Take the package to your nearest  DHL Express Service Point and ship back to us within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the package with a track & trace.

If an item is returned to us damaged, soiled, we reserve the right not to accept an refund. We will then take care to examine the product and we will proceed with a refund if the defect is deemed genuine.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask you to return the original item for a refund and then proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
